Fringe เป็นทีวีซีรี่ย์เรื่องล่าสุด ที่อำนวยการสร้างโดย J. J. Abrams (จากซีรี่ย์ Alias และ lost)
ซึ่งว่าด้วยการสืบสวนเกี่ยวกับคดีที่แปลกประหลาด เรื่องราวเหนือธรรมชาติ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นทั่วโลก
โดยมีใครบางคนอยู่เบื้องหลังเรื่องราวทั้งหมดเหล่านี้ และกำลังใช้โลกใบนี้เป็นเสมือนห้องทดลอง
วิทยาศาสตร์ของตน โดยมีจุดประสงค์บางอย่างซ่อนเร้นอยู่


Fringe เป็นซีรี่ย์ที่เหมือนผสมผสานระหว่าง X-File กับ Lost โดยในแต่ละตอนจะมีคดีแปลก
ประหลาดให้นางเอกของเรา เจ้าหน้าที่ Olivia Dunham และทีมงาน ต้องทำการคลี่คลายคดี
เหล่านี้ โดยมีธีมหลักของเรื่องคือการตามหาว่าใครคือผู้อยู่เบื้องหลังเรื่องราวทั้งหมดเหล่านี้
และมีใครบ้างที่มีส่วนรู้เห็น และพวกเขามีเป้าหมายอะไรกันแน่...

การดำเนินเรื่องของเรื่องนี้จะมีส่วนคล้ายกับ Lost อยู่พอสมควร โดยตัวละครแต่ละตัว จะมี
ปมของตัวเอง ที่จะค่อยๆเผยไปพร้อมๆกับเนื้อเรื่อง ตัวละครบางตัวก็เก็บงำความลับที่สำคัญ
บางอย่างเอาไว้ เนื้อเรื่องนั้นเต็มไปด้วยจุดหักมุมและปริศนา ให้ได้ลุ้นและขบคิดกันตลอด
ถือว่าเป็นซีรี่ย์เรื่องใหม่ที่สนุกมากๆอีกเรื่องหนึ่งเลยทีเดียวครับ
